Bink ("Bink," "we," "us") provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that lets AI assistants generate images and video on your behalf, billed against your credit balance. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's handled when you use heyb.ink or connect an AI agent to our service (together, the "Service").
Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address and manages your credentials. We store your Clerk user ID and email to identify your account and generations.
Content you provide. Prompts you write, reference images or video you upload, and any Skills (saved creative instructions) you create are stored so the Service can generate and retrieve your results.
Generated content. Images and video produced for you are stored so you can retrieve them later, along with metadata (model used, timestamps, status, cost in credits).
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number — we store your Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and a ledger of credit grants and deductions.
Usage data. We log generation requests, job status, and error information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Generating an image or video necessarily means sending your prompt — and any reference images or video you attach — to the underlying model provider (for example, Google, ByteDance, or MiniMax, depending on the model selected) so they can produce the output. Those providers process that content under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We select and configure these providers; we do not control their internal data handling beyond the terms we agree with them.
We rely on the following processors to operate Bink, each of which only receives what it needs to perform its function:
We retain your account information and generation history for as long as your account is active. Uploaded reference files that are never used in a generation are automatically deleted after a short grace period. If you delete your account, we mark it deleted and it can no longer generate new content; residual data is retained only as needed for legal, billing, or security records.
We use the minimum cookies necessary for authentication (set by Clerk) to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
You can access your generation history and billing details from your dashboard at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, or to ask what data we hold about you, contact us at info@klipml.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us and we will address your request under the law that applies to you.
Generated media is served through signed, time-limited links rather than permanent public URLs, and access to your data is scoped to your account. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your information.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We'll update the effective date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you.
