Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including anything an AI agent does after you've connected it with your credentials. Keep your sign-in credentials and any connector links private.

Generations are billed against a credit balance made up of subscription credits (granted each billing period) and pay-as-you-go credits (purchased separately). Each generation reserves credits up front based on an estimated cost and reconciles to the actual cost on completion; a failed or cancelled generation that never started on the underlying provider is not charged.

Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through Stripe. Unused subscription credits do not carry over between billing periods unless we state otherwise. Purchased pay-as-you-go credits do not expire. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable once a generation has been started.

We may adjust pricing, credit costs, or plan limits going forward; changes won't apply retroactively to credits you've already been granted.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that depicts real people without their consent in a misleading or harmful way (including non-consensual intimate imagery).
• Generate child sexual abuse material or any content sexualizing minors, under any circumstance.
• Violate the acceptable-use policies of the underlying AI model providers we route your request to.
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access another user's generations or account.
• Use the Service to build a competing product by systematically extracting our Skills library or prompts.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without a refund of unused credits.

You retain ownership of the prompts and reference material you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the output generated for you, to the extent permitted by the terms of the underlying model provider that produced it — those providers' own terms may impose additional conditions on commercial use, and it's your responsibility to review them for your use case. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to operate the Service.

The Service depends on third parties — including Clerk for authentication, Convex for data storage, Stripe for payments, and multiple third-party AI model providers for generation. We are not responsible for outages, content decisions, or policy changes made by those providers, though we'll make reasonable efforts to keep the Service working around them.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purpose, and we don't guarantee any particular generation result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLIPML LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing history, liability limits, dispute terms) will survive.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
